CHECK-IN: rooms are ready to move in after 3 p.m.
CHECK-OUT: We kindly ask you to leave your room before 11 a.m.
Room request: We ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee room numbers.
Early check-in or late check-out can be requested and booked at short term avalibility.
Everything you consume during the day is charged to your room bill. You can sign these bills every night after checking. If you do not sign the daily bills, later complaints can no longer be accepted.
Payment terms
All prices are in "EURO".
For the payment of the hotel bill we prefer cash payment in EURO.
Debit cards, Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Booking conditions:
Online and e-mail inquiries are answered by our reservation-department with a non-binding offer. Bookings are only binding after written confirmation.
Canellation policy and fees:

Cancellations can only be accepted in written form.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the booking amount.
With a binding booking, our terms and conditions apply as agreed. The right of withdrawal according to §18 paragraph 1 Z 10 FAGG does not apply.
